PlanRVA begins public engagement process for plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions

The effort is part of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) program that funds regional and statewide planning efforts spanning the next three years. More than $4.6 billion in competitive grants are available nationwide to support local planning efforts designed to curb greenhouse gas emissions.
